PROBLEM
Flipkart, an e-commerce giant in India, is known for its Fashion experience. Since clothing and accessories are customers’ go-to categories for gifting, topical stores are created around the year for various occasions to encourage this behaviour. The biggest event of the year in this regard is Valentine’s Day and we were tasked with creating an experience to drive gifting with a focus on accessories, targeting an audience between the ages of 18 and 35.
INSIGHT
Showcasing the products as part of a love story will lend them an undeniable emotional value.

We cleverly and organically integrated larger-than-life products to make sure they were the heroes of the stories, while our two characters supported them and guided customers through the store. There were carefully thought-out sections targeting audiences at different stages of their lives and relationships. Minimalist illustrations and subtle colours ensured that the store was gender neutral and relatable, while animations were included for extra delight. We designed the entire experience right from the app to the packaging of the final order
